We will discuss your expectations, and what size and type of system will best meet your wants and needs. We will discuss price, mounting location and technique, utility rebates and incentives, what to expect from a solar electric system, and address any other questions you may have. We’ll also share financing options with you at this point. There is no charge to you for this service.

2. Site Evaluation and Quote: If you are interested in pursuing a system, one of Broadway Electric’s associates will come to your house or business to identify suitable solar array locations, take measurements, evaluate your electrical setup, review a history of your electric usage (if available) and develop system estimates for your review and consideration. These estimates will include a financial analysis detailing average annual energy savings, payback period, estimated rebates, net costs, and return on investment. Most often a proposal with various options will be presented at the site visit and we can help you explore and secure financing options as well. There is no charge for this service.


3. Initiate Project: Client accepts system design and system quote. A 15% deposit is collected from the customer. Broadway Electric’s Solar Team prepares system drawings and utility documents, coordinates system installation with licensed electrician, execute NJ and Federal rebate paper work, and begin procurement of installation materials and major system components.

4. Installation: A professional, licenced electrician will install your solar system with the highest care and respect for your property. Installation is scheduled with homeowner or construction superintendent. You will immediately reap the benefits of your new solar system by saving on electricity costs while improving the quality of your environment. Payment plans vary due to customer financial arrangements.
